A pleasant journey for knowing and learning the gastronomy and the oenology of the Monregalese land!
Once you arrive in hotel, just leave your car in the garage and you won’t use it any more. All the transfers, from and to the hotel, are at charge and care of the organization. The cooking lessons are done by chefs that take part to the Regional Piedmont Team. Lunch, dinner and breakfast are exclusively realized with products of the region.
Each affiliate will get the certificate of attendance,
the cookbook of the meals made learnt and the cook apron. It is possible to attend the course more than one day consequently, and the price varies according to the planned days. On request, there is the possibility to extend the stay with cultural visits and naturalistic sightseeing.

At 9.30 a.m.
Transfer in minibus to the Monastery of San Biagio.
Some technician of the agrarian committee Comizio Agrario of
Mondovì take guests through the orchard showing them
the ancient sorts of fruit.
At 12.30 a.m.
Lunch with typical courses of Piedmont tradition.
Then return to the hotel.
At 16.00 p.m.
Together with the chef of the Team of Region Piedmont’s Cooks
Workshop about the usage of fruit in the traditional cooking of
Piedmont. Lesson on how to make jam and marmalades at home.
At 20.30 p.m.
Dinner with the meals made during the afternoon and wine-tasting
with a technical assistant AIS (Italian Association Sommelier).

The price includes: transfers on the spot, cooking course, accommodation for two nights in double room including sideboard breakfast (on request, possibility to have a single-room paying an excess-fare), two dinners including wine-tasting and
local meals, one lunch, health and luggage insurance.
